In class this week I learned the rules of composition. The main rule I focused on was the rule of simplicity. I struggled with creating the contact sheet on Photoshop for my 25 photos of simplicity. What makes this photograph successful, is that I found an object with a lot of different paintings. I focused on one small and specific spot on the object and I photographed it.

The goal was to focus on the rule of simplicity. I believe I achieved that goal. We learned this week in class, how to focus our camera very fine detail, and how to keep it focused, and how to adjust the lighting. I struggled with finding things that would go great with the rule of simplicity. My photographs are successful because I found things that aren't very noticeable or important and took very beautiful photos of them.

My goal in this photo was to focus on the color green and getting the fine detail on this object. In this week of class we learned how to use manual setting and how to really focus on an image. I struggled with getting the camera to focus on all the detail I wanted to capture. What makes the photo successful is the focus on on all the little details and the color of the photo which was green. We had to make sure we captured the color.
